Wandle Fortnight Workshops

2023 & 2024

In 2023 and 2024 we ran drop-in block-printing workshops at Canons House  for Wandle Fortnight, a celebration of the River Wandle run by the community for the community.  Participants took part in a simple creative activity–they printed a pennant or cotton pouch to take home with them–while we chatted to them about Mitcham’s textile heritage.
